Live Music All Day in Federal Hill: June 5!

The Federal Hill Jazz&Blues Wine&Art Festival is known for its great music, and 2011 is no exception. The streets will come alive on Sunday, June 5, 11 am to 7 pm, as 10 excellent bands hit the stages.

Catch local favorite Old Man Brown, one of Baltimore's top blues bands. And, don’t miss touring greats Chris Duarte Group, from Austin, Texas, and Johnny Sketch and the Dirty Notes from New Orleans, just off the JazzFest stage. Go to www.historicfederalhill.org for full list and schedules.

Federal Hill Fest Live on Fox 45

Get a sneak preview of the June 5th Jazz&Blues Wine&Art Festival live on Fox Morning News on Tuesday, May 31st.

Appearing live from Federal Hill Main Street will be festival participants Hot House Jazz Quartet, artist Jessica Damen, and Cheese Galore & More.

How About Some Wine & Art with Your Jazz&Blues?

The Federal Hill Jazz&Blues Festival’s new Wine&Art Alley was so successful last year that we are expanding it in 2011. Check it out on Sunday, June 5, 11 am - 7 pm.

Several accomplished local artists will be showcasing their talents, ranging from ceramics to sculpture to painting. A variety of beautiful original pieces will be for sale. Stop by the Wine Tent so you can do some sipping while you browse.

Wine & Art Alley will be on Cross Street, on the north side of Cross Street Market. Come sample great wine and experience fine art first hand! Festival admission is free. Info: www.historicfederalhill.org

Food & Drink Galore at Federal Hill Festival

ZipCar Adds More Vehicles!

ZipCar has added two more vehicles in the neighborhood to meet the increased demand for “wheels when you want them.” One of the vehicles is a pick-up truck, handy for those errands requiring hauling.

The vehicles are located on the south side of Ostend Street near the intersection of Light Street, directly across the street from the Charm City Circulator stop.
