New Car-Sharing Service Discussed for Federal Hill

As seen in today's Baltimore Sun ... Baltimore CarShare is a nonprofit organization developing a program that offers an alternative to car ownership for city residents. Modeled after Philly CarShare, the program will lease cars and make them available on an as-needed basis for residents. The goal is to have cars available in early 2009.
