Federal Hill Fitness' Boot Camp: Best of Baltimore!

 Word is getting about about the popular "Boot Camp" classes at Federal Hill Fitness (39 E. Cross St.), recently    named “Best Fitness Class” by Baltimore magazine. Boot Camp meets 3 times a week for 4 weeks and focuses on  “military-style” drills such as jumping and lunging, using an individual's body weight as core resistance. Participants train outdoors most of the season, making the challenges more varied and interesting. Intrigued? You can sign up for the next 4-week session that starts on September 17.
