SoBo Café Chef in Master Chef Competition!


SoBo Café’s very own Chef Timothy Dyson is competing in the Mason Dixon Master Chef Competition. Anyone who has enjoyed his wonderful food at this local hotspot (6 W. Cross Street) knows his extensive talents. Tim beat out the chef from The Inn at Perry Cabin in the first round. On August 13, he faces off against the chef of The Iron Bridge Wine Co. in Columbia.

The event involves 16 executive chefs and 8 weeks of competition at Max’s Blob’s Park in Jessup, MD (www.blobspark.net). There will be 25 audience members each night who will not only be able to watch all the chefs, but will also be able to taste and judge as well.
